Jay Guerrero will be leading this class on how to prepare one of Hawaii's most popular dishes: poke. You’ll learn how to source, select, and butcher the freshest fish as you make spicy salmon poke with fried shallots, avocado, and ikura; sesame albacore poke with seaweed and macadamia nuts; and sweet chile tofu poke with daikon, mizuna, edamame, and marinated cucumbers. Grass skirts are welcome!
