Michelle Nguyen will be leading this class on how to cook up some of Hawaii’s greatest hits with modern twists. You’ll make grilled Hawaiian short ribs with pineapple relish; homemade “spam” musubi with soy caramel glaze; fried taro croquettes with lilikoi dipping sauce; and creamy macaroni salad. Grass skirts are welcome!
