Family Dinner: The End of Summer

Join us at our table for our monthly family-style dinner parties! We hit the farmer's market, collect what's beautiful that week, and create a delicious meal for you. One long seating means there's time to slow down and make some new friends over multiple courses, all accompanied by wine pairings. This month we're saying goodbye to summer's bounty with a Pacific Northwest feast:

Smashed artichokes with jalapeno and grana on rye crackers
Fried Walla Walla onions with smoky-tomato pepita dip
Herby baked ricotta with roasted grapes and rutabaga chips

Blistered shishito peppers and chanterelles
Crispy poha rice and sweet corn sauce

Baby back ribs with spicy plum gastrique
Snap peas, avocado, fennel, and pickled cherry tomatoes

Shaved summer melon and cucumber with late summer greens
Crispy prosciutto and charred chili vinaigrette

Family-style almond and oat deep-dish cookie
Roasted plums, maple syrup, and whipped creme fraiche 

While most of our dinners can accommodate vegetarians and pescatarians, please check in right after you've purchased your tickets so that we can confirm the option and make a note for the chefs.
