The days and nights might be getting cooler, but that doesn’t mean we’re giving up on salads! In this class you’ll work on those knife skills with Kimi Reid while learning all about the different styles of salads and dressings, as well how to incorporate fall ingredients into your favorite salads at home. You’ll make roasted rainbow carrots with warm spices, nuts and seeds, yogurt, micro-greens, and roasted citrus vinaigrette; cobb salad with roasted delicata, bacon, pecans, toasty chickpeas, and creamy avocado dressing; fall caesar with boquerones, fried polenta, and pine nuts; endive with gruyere, dried cherries, hazelnut puree and ginger vinaigrette; and a roasted autumn fruit salad with pine syrup.
