Join us for this installment in our Exploring Italy series, where we take a tour of the different regions in this food-obsessed country. You’ll make the most of spring produce with Arianna Garella as you dip down to explore the southern region of Puglia. On the menu: grilled eggplant and heirloom tomatoes with basil and mint oil on charred semolina bread; cozze ripiene (herby breadcrumb-stuffed mussels in tomato sauce); and homemade orecchiette pasta with broccoli rabe, lemon, and burrata. For dessert we'll combine some of the region’s best known ingredients: figs with homemade almond gelato.
