Exploring France: Normandy

Join us for the first installment in our new series, Exploring France, where we’ll take a tour of the different regions in this food-obsessed country. This spring Jay Guerrero will take us to the Normandy region, where he’ll teach us about the local flavors, techniques, and traditions. You’ll make homemade buckwheat crackers with honey-drizzled camembert; mussels with shallots, cream, bacon, and white beans; roasted halibut with apples, cider, and chanterelles; and tergoule (baked rice pudding with orange flower water).
