Join us for the latest installment in our Exploring France series, where we’ll take a tour of the different regions in this food-obsessed country. This spring Jay Guerrero will take us to the Alsace-Lorraine region, where he’ll teach us about the local flavors, techniques, and traditions. You’ll make from-scratch tarte flambee (onion and bacon tart with creme fraiche); cailles au genievre (juniper-roasted quail stuffed with dried fruit and bacon); choucroute de navet (sauteed turnip sauerkraut with apples and thyme); and gateau au chocolate de Metz (flourless chocolate cake).
