Dumpling Camp: Momos

With their full bellies and array of sauces, dumplings are the ultimate comfort food. Our Dumplings series will explore dumplings around the world, and this one is about Nepalese-style momos! Join Michelle Nguyen as she shows you how to make a cold water dough from scratch, how to form it into perfect little pouches, and how to cook dumplings properly. On the menu: chicken, ginger, and cabbage momos with spicy tomato and sesame chutney. There will also be a recipe for mushroom, ginger, and cabbage momos for vegetarians who’d like to join!

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.

Two days before class we will email everyone the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. All classes are listed in Pacific Daylight Time.
