You’ll make homemade Cuban rolls that you’ll fill with slow-roasted pork with caramelized onions, garlic mayo, and pickled jalapeno, along with a pressed sandwich filled with slow-roasted pork, smoked ham, cheese, and peppers. You “lighten” up your meal with Cuban-style black beans with rice, and roasted corn on the cob with mayo, cilantro, and lime.
