Parents! Join us for an afternoon of cooking and mess-making with your little one! In this class Laura Pyles will teach you how to make one of her favorite pizza cousins: stromboli. You’ll make dough from scratch and then turn it into Italian meat stromboli with provolone and roasted broccolini and mozzarella stromboli. You’ll adorn your ‘bolis with homemade marinara and alfredo sauce, and devour them fresh out of the oven! This class is recommended for: one or two parents and one or two children between the ages of 7-12.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
Three days before class we will email everyone the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. All classes are listed in Pacific Daylight Time.
