Parents! Join us for an afternoon of cooking and mess-making with your little one! In this class taught by The Pantry’s own Michelle DeBruyn, you'll explore the world of sweet and savory galettes. You’ll learn how to make pie dough from scratch and how to roll and shape it to make asparagus and broccoli rabe galettes with ricotta and fresh herbs; potato and sour cream galettes with spring peas, lemon, and chives; and strawberry rhubarb tartlets with whipped mascarpone. Each ticket purchase is for two students: one parent and one child between the ages of 6-12.
