Parents! Join us for an afternoon of cooking and mess-making with your little one! In this class taught by Renée Beaudoin, you'll explore the delicious world of Asian dumplings. She’ll show you how to make dumpling dough from scratch and how to roll it into a variety of classic shapes that you'll use to cook up chicken and scallion water dumplings, Japanese pork and shrimp gyoza and Nepalese vegetable and cheese dumplings. You’ll dip your handmade dumplings in a tangy ginger-soy sauce, a spicy roasted tomato sauce, and a sweet chili dipping sauce. Each ticket purchase is for two students: one parent and one child between the ages of 6-12.
