You’ll learn how to make the different styles of beer shine with different preparations, and how to seamlessly pair them with food as you make lager-braised clams with jalapeño, bacon, and mint; IPA-marinated roasted pork shoulder with a honey glaze and spicy bok choy; farro and goat cheese salad with pale ale caramel and cider vinaigrette; and root beer and vanilla bean stout ice cream float.
