Join Matt Bumpas for an exploration of Morocco’s rich culinary world! He’ll teach you about traditional Moroccan cuisine, while showing you how to use the classic Moroccan flavors of spicy, savory and sweet to create contemporary dishes at home. You’ll make carrot & orange soup with mint-walnut pesto; rainbow chard with preserved lemon and olives; lamb meatballs with ras el hanout-flavored tomato sauce; khobz (Marrakech-style tagine bread); and dried plum soufflé with rose créme anglaise.
