In this class Laura Pyles will get you up to speed with a menu of schnitzel-style fried chicken with pretzel spaetzle, Reisling cream, and crispy onions; roasted radishes with wheatberries, cucumbers, orange, and horseradish creme fraiche dressing; juniper-spiced kohlrabi and apple sauerkraut; and Brandy-soaked apple cake with bay and honey.
