In this class Jennifer Altman will teach you how to create updated spins on these classic sharable treats. On the menu: Turkish pide (pizza) with cheese, egg, and onion; Lebanese man'oushe with za'atar; and seedy flatbread crackers, charred zucchini dip with pine nuts and yoghurt; butter bean hummus with preserved lemon; watercress “tabbouleh” with quinoa and mint; and creamy labneh with blistered cherry tomatoes.
