Eric Teachout will teach you how to apply some of his favorite Asian flavors and techniques to your home cooking as you make Brussels sprouts with fish sauce and lime vinaigrette, pork belly, and crispy shallots and Chinese long beans with coconut cream infused with galangal, kaffir lime leaves, cinnamon, and basil. You’ll learn how to perfect ginger and palm sugar-marinated hanger steak with stir-fried noodles and sauteed mushrooms; and finish things off with a twist on a classic; spicy flourless chocolate cake with tamarind caramel and coconut cream.
