We’re big fans of Chinese-American food, and the only we way we could think of to make it taste better is make it ourselves! So Jay Guerrero is going to show us how it’s done. He’ll be teaching home stir-frying techniques and how to source quality ingredients as you make some his favorites: hot and sour soup; fried eggplant in Szechuan peppercorn and garlic sauce; lion’s head meatballs (shrimp and pork meatballs with ginger, scallion, chicken broth, and shredded bok choi); and General Tso’s Chicken.
