We’re big fans of Chinese-American takeout around here, so of course we want to know how to make it ourselves! In this class Jay Guerrero will teach home stir-frying techniques and how to source quality ingredients as you make kung pao chicken; Sichuan-style green beans with ginger and ground pork; and perfectly steamed rice.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Jay Guerrero will be teaching you how to prepare each recipe, with a Class Lead supporting you throughout. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, and we are keeping class sizes small to help facilitate this. Each ticket is for one household, with recipes designed for four servings.
