He’ll show you all the tools and techniques you need to make craft cocktails, as well as a bit of cocktail history and some ideas for classic homemade syrups, sodas, and flavoring agents made from summer’s most abundant ingredient: berries! You’ll learn how to mix and taste drinks for balance as you make a strawberry-infused margarita using the mason jar method of infusion, a blueberry pisco sour using sous vide to infuse, a whisky blackberry smash, a bramble using a berry liquor, and a smoked blackberry-cinnamon old fashioned using a blackberry syrup and a smoking gun create the smoke element.
