In this class, Eric Teachout will teach you about some of his favorite Georgian dishes including kinkhali (dumplings filled with ground lamb and pork); badrijani nigvzit (eggplant rolls with walnuts, caramelized onions, and mint); Georgian-spiced chicken with tkemali (a sour plum sauce); lobio (a hearty kidney bean stew); and chvishtari (pan-fried cornbread stuffed with cheese).
