Join us for a dinner where we do all the cooking! Each month we open the doors between our classrooms and seat 40 guests for a five-course family-style feast, featuring all the ingredients we’re excited about. This summer we’re celebrating the Pantry's 12th birthday with a meal made of all our favorite things, including sprinkles and presents! Pricing includes tip, a wine pairing with each savory course, and tea or coffee with dessert.
Celery gruyère gougeres with whipped pimento cheese
Grilled peaches with fromage blanc, hot honey, crispy prosciutto, and sea salt crackers
Pan-seared okra with smoky tomato pepita dip
Asparagus cacio e pepe
Chive blossom vinegar and soft-cooked egg
Grilled ribeye with jalapeño crema
Caramelized apricots, torn sourdough, and cilantro
Crispy potato skins with house-fermented hot sauce
Summer greens, salted pecans, and seared halloumi
Cast iron summer berry cobbler
Elderflower, pink peppercorn biscuits, and buttermilk anglaise
The vegetarian menu will include grilled lion’s mane mushrooms to replace the ribeye, and no prosciutto with the peaches.
The pescatarian menu will include grilled halibut to replace the ribeye, and no prosciutto with the peaches.
The gluten-free menu will include fresh celery with whipped pimento cheese to replace the gougers, no crackers with the preaches, no sourdough with the ribeye, and summer berry compote with buttermilk anglaise and Frankie and Joe’s Ice Cream to replace the cobbler.
While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
