While it can be hard to find a good crepe in the United States, it’s definitely not hard to make one at home! In this class taught by Katharine Wright, you’ll learn all about the different components that make these thin pancakes so special. You’ll make spinach and mushroom crepes with parsley hazelnut pistou and lemon ricotta crepes with blackberry coulis.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
