We might not be able to fly to Hawaii any time soon, but there’s no reason we can’t learn to party like we’re already there. Jay Guerrero will be leading this class on how to prepare one of Hawaii’s most popular dishes: poke. You’ll learn how to source, select, and butcher the freshest fish as you make shoyu albacore poke with sweet onions and avocado; shrimp poke with scallions and from-scratch spicy mayoseaweed salad; and pickled cucumbers.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.

All classes are listed in Pacific Daylight Time.
