Discover your inner Italian nonna in this workshop on the craft of handmade pasta. Abby Canfield will teach you the fresh pasta basics: dough preparation and kneading, rolling and shaping, and how to flavor and color your dough. On the menu: fresh egg tricolore pappardelle with basil-flavored green pasta and roasted pepper-flavored red pasta, tossed in a garlic, tomato, parmesan, and pine nut sauce.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
