In this class taught by Sommelier, Janet Beeby, we will explore three unusual grape varieties from Spain, Greece, and Italy that you deserve to know. We’ll discuss regional food pairings, as we make tomato bread with sea salt and a Sicilian-inspired spread that is sure to become a favorite!
