Tacos are universally loved, and this class in our Taco Truck series will focus on Southern California-style fish tacos! Neil Duncanson will teach you how to whip up fresh corn tortillas that’ll make you never look at store-bought tortillas the same. You’ll load up your tacos with beer-battered fishquick tomatillo salsacabbage slaw, and lime aioli.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
