We don’t know about you, but when we think about Spain, there’s one dish that jumps to mind: paella! In this class Laura Pyles will lead a discussion of the Spanish pantry, and teach you how to cook their most famous dish. Grab yourself a bottle of Spanish wine (for educational purposes, of course!) and join us as we make tomato-rubbed bread with olive oil and sea salt; paella with chicken, smoked sausage, and spring vegetables; and from scratch alioli.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
