Parents! Join us for an afternoon of cooking and mess-making with your little one! In this class Abby Canfield will teach you how to mix, knead, roll, and cook pasta all’uovo (egg dough). You’ll make piles of ravioli that you’ll stuff with ricotta and herb filling, and toss with a classic tomato sauce. This class is recommended for families cooking with children age 7 and older.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
