We agree, so we’re excited to have Michelle Nguyen show you how to prepare a summer meal filled with classic Vietnamese flavors. You’ll make bánh xeo (coconut-tumeric crepe) with pork and shrimp, fresh herbs, and homemade nouc cham; bún thịt nướng (vermicelli with lemongrass pork, sugar cane shrimp, and pickled daikon and carrots); green papaya salad with fruit-scented beef jerky; and coconut tapioca, mango, and mint pudding.
