In this course for cooks looking to improve their technique, Jay Guerrero will teach the fundamentals of knife skills: safety, mechanics, maintenance, and classic cuts. You’ll make bo zai fan (clay pot chicken with Chinese sausage, shiitake mushrooms, ginger, scallions, bok choy, and rice) and a seared cucumber salad while learning techniques that you can apply to any type of cooking. Please bring your favorite chef’s knife from home for this hands-on class.
While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit.
