Discover your inner Italian nonna in this workshop on the craft of handmade pasta. Eileen Chou will teach you the fresh pasta basics: dough preparation and kneading, rolling and shaping, and drying for storage. You'll make a variety of pasta shapes that pair well with hearty winter sauces: pappardelle with braised short rib and tomato sugo; strichetti with charred escarole, anchovy & ricotta salata; and a classic alpine Italian pasta – pizzocherri alla valtellinese with potatoes, cabbage, and brown butter.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
