Join Michelle Nguyen for this deep dive into Vietnamese cuisine, where she’ll teach us about the central city of Hue, also known as the Imperial City. In this class you’ll make some of Michelle’s favorite dishes, including bún bò hû'e (spicy Vietnamese beef noodle soup); crispy imperial rolls with pork and nuoc cham sauce; and young jackfruit salad with shrimp, Vietnamese coriander, and fried shallots and garlic. When you’re done cooking, you’ll sit down to enjoy a meal fit for royalty!
While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
