The British have perfected the practice of the Sunday roast and the only thing that can top it is the holiday roast! Join Marie Rutherford around the table for a classic British holiday meal with all the trimmings. In class you’ll be making roast beef with crispy onions and horseradish cream, along with an escarole salad with lardons, beets, and marmalade vinaigrette. You’ll talk through the trials and tribulations while whipping up sage, thyme, chive, and gruyere Yorkshire puddings – the perfect end to a deeply satisfying holiday tradition.
While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
