In this two-day workshop, visiting pastry chef Katharine Wright will teach you all about yeast dough, and how to laminate it with butter and shape it into flaky, buttery croissants; chocolate croissants; hazelnut croissants; ham and cheese croissants; and kouign amann. You’ll take home freshly baked, warm pastries to tide you over until you have time to whip up another batch!

If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit.
